David P. Slater concentrates in all areas of civil
litigation. He has experience in the processing, settling and trials of
all accident matters, including motor vehicles, premises, construction,
lack of supervision and animal attack.
He also is
experienced in real property, landlord and tenant litigation, condo and
homeowners association, collections, probate and general business
practices. He also serves as counsel to the Bar, handling referred
